Yes! For custom items like our Toniebox covers, we recommend emailing us first to check fabric availability, colours, and whether we can bring your vision to life. Once we've confirmed the details, you're welcome to place your order.

How do I add a name to my order?

For products that offer personalisation (such as our custom Toniebox covers), simply enter the name you'd like in the Name field at checkout.

Can I request a specific colour or fabric?

We love a good custom request! Get in touch via email before ordering and we'll let you know what's available. We'll always do our best to accommodate your vision.

How long does a custom order take?

As all custom items are handmade to order, production times can vary. We'll give you an estimated timeframe when you get in touch, and keep you updated throughout the process.

What are the patches made from?

Our patches are embroidered iron-on patches, designed to be applied to clothing, bags, and fabric accessories.

Do you offer bundle deals on patches?

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my order?

As many of our products are handmade and/or custom made to order, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or faulty. If there's an issue with your order, please get in touch and we'll make it right.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?

We're so sorry to hear that! Please email us with a photo of the damage within 7 days of receiving your order and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
